Not applicable - truck returned to pick up location dealer. Dealer never answered the phone in 2 hours of trying. The dealer is always over the top busy.

Provide washroom facility
RAMZI KThere was only one attendant there and he was helping another person so it took a while to get to me. When he did get to me his computer system was not working so I had to download the the app and check in that way. Once that was finished he had to clean off the truck from the snow so I think it too around 40 mins total past check in.
