Give the owner operator better training on the contract setup. Took a very long time to get it done while waiting. Owner was very pleasant.

We had an awful experience. I had called to let the Location know that we would not be picking the truck up until 4 or 5 pm on Friday instead of 10 as indicated in the email (I called Thursday when I received the confirmation email). The person on the other end said he was not in charge but that if this was an issue we would get a call back. We never did so we assumed everything was fine. We arrived on Friday (pick update) at 4:30, to learn that the man in charge of uhauls was at the doctor and we should return at 5. So we left and came back at 5. At this time there was another couple also there for a truck. We learned there was only one truck, and it was the couple's reservation because we have missed our pick up at 10. I explained that I called an employee at the location to say we would not be there until 4 or 5 and the uhaul "contact" said he was not there yesterday so he could not receive the message. The other couple ended up forfeiting the truck and we received it. This is a small snapshot of the experience. This was a terrible experience and we will likely never use uhaul again. We paid $400 for this?

I had the uhaul booked. It took me an hour an a half to finally get the uhaul. While trying to return the uhaul, the representative booked me as an intown move when it was supposed to be an out of town. This took 30-45 minutes over the phone trying to switch drop off locations. I would not recommend this service, it seems like every time i try to use uhaul there's always a problem at hand.

Kinda sketchy place. The guy was frustrated with the system and you could tell he was annoyed. Said it wasn't worth his time to do uhaul rentals...

It's take too long time to open the contract and I have to go ther twice to pick up the van. And every time take me more than 30m. And when I go back to close the contract it's same take me more 30m to finish the final invoice. The man there he don't know what he doing, he keep blame others for this issue what happened with him in the system. And he talking with kind of anger, he not happy for what he doing for this business since two months ago . I hope some one he talk to him and give him good tips for customers service with smile it should be on his face.
