My rental of the 15' truck on January 29, 2026 was not good. The truck was not in good working order. The cab fan blower did not work. The windshield fogged up inside causing difficult visibility conditions, especially at night. It was also very cold that day and was inconvenient to have no heat in the cab. This was especially frustrating since I had rented the same truck on January 21st and reported to staff at Farah's that the cab fan blower did not work. There was over a week to make this necessary repair and it was not done. I also previously reported that the passenger windshield wiper needs replacing, that has not been done as of January 29th. These conditions make it difficult for me to have confidence renting from this location again and I certainly cannot recommend this location to a friend because of this.
