I don’t appreciate add on negotiation. The sign on your truck reads 19.95 rental. There were three extra costs added on. an environmental fee. Mileage fee. Cost of gas. The mileage fee I considered to be quite high. My family drives two cars a Toyota Corolla, which cost $.21 a kilometre including all my costs, which are the purchase price, insurance, repairs, tires and other. The accent Hyundai cost is $.37 per kilometer. I realize these cars are less expensive vehicles to drive than a truck, but surely your cost is not four times what my cost is. Next time I rent the truck I will do some checking around. The only reason I chose U-Haul this time was because they are a block away from my house.

Drop off location was changed verbally but was not communicated in the system. It was very confusing. Took too long. We were charged for additional fuel even though we had the fuel at the same level. I was too tired to argue by that time.
