Did not have tow Dolly on hand had to go to different location to pick up, truck was not clean and smelled terrible of cigarettes smoke
Chris BI used the "after-hours" equipment drop off, so I didn't interact with any personnel. However, the business is a fenced off location and not possible to secure a cargo trailer for after-hours drop off.
