I will never recommend U-Haul. You are lucky the people at the pick up site were nice because my experience was incredibly stressful awful and caused me to travel 3 extra hours before moving my daughter 11 hours away. You should advertise how you really work so much extra stress and money !!!! Shame on U-Haul but I'm sure you don't care
