We couldn't pick up becasue the code to open the lock box given to me was WRONG!!! I waisted an hour calling UHAUL support who had no idea about the right code. Finally the KegN Bottle owner gave us the code. Really bad experience. We lost an hour. Totally disappointed.
RAJMUND SI had to text someone my mileage and walk away with no confirmation that I dropped off the truck. I don't know who I am as texting. I was not comfortable leaving without proof I returned the truck. The lady in the store seemed confused.
MONICA BI was overcharged for mileage and gas. I called the location and was told that the "boss" would call me back to resolve the issue. However, nobody ever called me back.
