I made arrangements a week before I needed the auto hauler and arranged for the pickup location to be Ft. Collins, CO. The night before the scheduled pickup I was directed to go to Warehouse Supply in La Salle, CO. to pick up the auto hauler the next day. Unbeknownst to me, when processing the order at the time of pick up, the nice lady put into the order that the auto hauler was to be returned to Ft. Collins, CO. That was never my intention, that was where I wanted to pick it up. There was nothing to review or sign to acknowledge any details. My initial contract was from Ft. Collins, CO. to Spring Hill, KS. When initiating the original rental agreement the Live Chat assistant changed my towing vehicle from a 2005 GMC Sierra 2500 HD pickup to a 1954 Hudson Hornet... no, I was using the auto hauler to transport a 1954 Hudson Hornet.

JONATHAN SThis location was fine BUT it wasn’t the location I had booked for. The one I booked had no truck for me when I turned up. I also note you only ask about the location, not about uhaul. The approves for getting my truck was a mess. Having already been delayed I waited 10mins for the app to process my approval to pickup the truck. It seems uhaul has tech issues and overall having me do the work of checking out the vehicle and returning it is not a great experience.
