Ask before charging the card on file used to reserve the truck. Also the size truck i was advised I'd need was no where large enough for a 2 bedroom apartment with a living room and two bathrooms. The 15ft is for studio or one bedroom one bath.

I am extremely frustrated and upset about being charged $143 for only 22 hours of truck use. This is absolutely unreasonable and feels like a blatant overcharge. Bryant Kaldor the manager gave me poor service.
