There was no one there but a Grey cat for us to talk to when we dropped off the truck. When I called the number listed on the door, I was told to just drop the key in the red box. 🙃 I did. Then when I got the receipt, I was charged $16 for Miscellaneous/ Damage? What is that about?

JAMES HIt was the middle of the day. No one was there. The door was open. It was some gray cat roaming around inside the office and he jumped up on the counter. I like someone needed defeat him. I had a lot of problems with the return app and no one to help me. The location was dirt parking lot. The entrance was almost too small to get the truck across without bouncing in the ditch would never go there again.
