I booked online but needed to make changes to the reservation, I called and all of my questions were answered and my reservation was updated. On the day of pick up she hooked up the 5x8 trailer to my SUV and was so nice and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a UHaul rental to use ABC Mini storage! I will definitely call them if I ever need a rental!

Richard CMy only critique is that the agent is remote (~ 2 mi) to the assets, which makes logistics a little more challenging. The rental agent Erica was very helpful and personable, and communicated the process very effectively.
