I had a 7am pickup, and the Uhaul "system" was down. I needed to get on the road asap. There was no backup paper system to expedite things. I took a 3 hour delay due to U-Haul's total dependency on computers. I offered to pay cash, and was denied. This screw up caused a 3 hour delay, which caused me an overnight hotel expense. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE UHUAL. That is not something that I say lightly. You definitely lost a customer.
