I booked a one way at the store-it location. The day before is was told I would need to go to lake country. It cost me 70 dollars to go to that location by uber and had a difficult experience at the lake country location though the woman there was excellent. After extra money and time I drove to the original location only to find there were three 15 foot trucks there. Customers should not be used to move your inventory. It really is unacceptable.
Paul HOnly complaint I have is when you book it weeks in advance it is too bad you can't pick it up at your perferred place Luckily we just it was just an hr of extra driving. When you are in a time crunch an hr can mean a lot. I guess for whatever reason Uhaul can't make sure there is one at your perferred location
RUSSELL Mtruck and car carrier were not in promised locations or times. truck was dirty inside and in cargo area
bradley cDisgustingly dirty. No running water in the bathroom. Joe was unhelpful and patronizing. The Uhaul had a warning light on and Joe was dismissive and wouldn't help.
