Although the drop off location was fine my grip is again with U Haul itself. I was told that I was approved by a manager that I would not be charged an extra day as I went to return on Monday, Memorial Day, and wasn’t able to. I was also never instructed to return by 7 am. However, of course, I was charged an extra day of $59. Lastly, this is not the location I chose to return and, again, I was redirected. Location experiences were fine but very unhappy with U Haul and how it does business. And then to charge me after U Haul charged both of my reservations and added an extra days fee. I will not use U Haul again.

SOLOMON KGreat location for my needs. Arrived on time and my rental was on site. The owner was courteous and greeted me with a smile. All I needed was just a quick signature and I was on my way. The unit I rented was clean and had issues of any kind. They have an after hours drop box for those who need to return their rental during non business hours. Will de finitely recommend this location!

Brittany WTake a photo of the fuel level upon receipt of vehicle from customer. I filled gas to required level and was still charged a fuel fee. I will never utilize U-Haul again.
