No one was available at building marked as uhaul. stood there 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get help. Turns out hotel that was closed for the season on the other side of the parking lot was where attendant was located. NO SIGN on uhaul building indicating that service was located across parking lot in closed hotel lobby. Terrible lay out

Long process. No cell phone service to check in myself to take trailer. Main business didn’t know how to complete transaction at first. No help to lift trailer onto ball. No Jackie on trailer.
