ALAN CThis location needs training on how to use the uhaul system. They are also rude and combative, probally frustrated because they don't know what they are doing. Furthermore this location is also an Arco convenience store, they prioritize that buisness over uhaul, so the uhaul interaction is constantly interrupted takes way to long to return equipment. They treat the uhaul transaction as being a bother. They know nothing about uhaul equipment. I will not ever use this location for future transactions.

STACEY WHave an uhaul employee there when a truck needs to be picked up. The store employees tried there best to help me when picking up the trunk. They even tried there best to help getting it returned.
