Have an uhaul employee there when a truck needs to be picked up. The store employees tried there best to help me when picking up the trunk. They even tried there best to help getting it returned.

Wendy ACustomer service representative called to inform us of the error regarding drop off date/time as the facility listed on the contract was closed to observe the holiday. We had attempted to drop off vehicle at the location listed on the contract. They were closed and we were told verbally that we had until 2 Jan to return truck. Fortunately the receiving facility personnel were on top of things. Response given respectfully.

Marlin RTwo little old ladies. One yelling at me not to park where I dropped the trailer. I had to unhook. When I expressed my concerns with the trailer she blew me off saying I should had known from the pick up of the trailer. Terrible service there. Let it be known, you have a trailer in that yard that should not be rented out until repaired.
