Making sure returning after hours is completed the next day so as a customer I dont get emails or text messages from U-Haul stating I didn’t return the truck.

great people and very easy process
William HThe ramp on the 26’ trucks is a bit steep. A longer ramp would have been helpful. But other than that everything was as good as I expected.

ANGIE DI reserved a truck and dolly and was quoted $1.19 a mile. I get there and there's no dolly, they said they didn't have one at that location. They said I would have to go to another location to get one, I complained that would cost me more due to the mileage to go get it. They said they would discount the mileage by 20 cents a mile, when I returned the truck then jacked up the mileage rate to $1.39 a mile. To discount down to the original $1.19. I will not recommend Uhaul nor will I use them again 😤
