When I arrived at the Lakeside, Oregon Uhaul facility to drop off the trailer and rent a storage unit, Katherine was most helpful, efficient and welcoming. She even helped me with advice and sympathy and vigilance in watching out for Sandy, my cat, who escaped from my van and hid under the storage units for a week until we were able to capture her
