Again I can't look past waiting 7 1/2 hours in the middle of the prairies freezing waiting for you guys. Finally someone stopped. But I chose to wait for you as you guys said you would be right away. That was 6 hours later you came. I hate this company I will never use them again my dog hates it all my family will hate it everybody I know will hate this company and will never use it again.
