The site manager was so incredibly flexible. I had to change my pickup time the same day, and he was very accommodating. The process for pickup was very simple as well.

The pickup process was a bit sketchy with the attendant doing it over text with who I guess was the manager. The truck was in pretty poor cosmetic condition but did its job and cheaply, so I can't really complain. 4/5 overall, 2/5 location
