Your reservation network sucks, reservation 84862218 was supposed to be at Odessa Texas, when I got there they said my reservation was for Abilene, I said no and showed them it was in odessa pick up, they had no trailer, had to go back to Lemessa texas which was an 1 and 20 minutes back the way I came. This whole mess cost me an extra 3 1/2 hours on an already very long day ! You guys should revisit your business practices, very poor management! The people in La Mesa were great! Your reservation service is terrible !
