I spoke to the scheduling manager a couple of days before my move he assured me that the 26ft van would be ready he bosted about himself and said he don't fail. On my move date the van I reserved was not available I am very disappointed with uhal it was a terrible experience.

There was no signage at all indicating it was a U-Haul location. The address given was to a retail store after circling the building three times we finally went in and there was a small sign that said U-Haul if we had dropped it off after hours. It would’ve been a real problem.
