They told me to leave the key in the drop box and did not assist in closing the reservation until Tuesday (4 days after i dropped off the vehicle) and would not answer the phone when i called for help.

Joshua MA little confusing at first because the U-Haul sign was difficult to see, but the owner was polite and professional.
Mark HOriginally I rated the uhaul as clean until we got into the passenger side of the uhaul. It had dog hair all over the passenger side seats and floor board of the uhaul. There was also a dirty tooth pick in the cup holder. Scrathes on the driver side door. Like there was a dog paws (nails) scratching the side of the door near the window.
