I think it is a Uhaul problem, the trailer had issues that were not easy to diagnose, so I do not think they could have done anything.

We arrived at our 1000 appointment time, the owner was away and it took 15 minutes for him to arrive. We spoke through a Ring doorbell, very professional. I had a dolly included with my rental but truck nor location had a dolly so I had to drive to a different Uhaul to pickup a dolly. Lastly, the gas was well below the empty Empty level and when I pointed it out, the owner said he hopped I had enough gas to make it to a gas station. Definitely not the way I wanted to start may day before my 400 mile journey North. I recommend you cease service with this location.
PAUL JThey told me to leave the key in the drop box and did not assist in closing the reservation until Tuesday (4 days after i dropped off the vehicle) and would not answer the phone when i called for help.
