Walking into the U-Haul pickup area was slippery and unsafe, after signing for U-Haul I’m given the keys and said I’m good to go. I opened the door to have multiple roaches running around in the cab which wasn’t pleasant. When I got home I opened lifted open the door to find out there was still stuff left in there from the previous user (Card board, styrofoam, big gulp cups). Both driver and passenger doors if not forcefully slammed shut would whistle very loud going down the road. Used the truck as I needed, swept and refilled before I returned it. Notified the employee of how the process went and how unsatisfied I was with there services and nothing was done about it to help with the situation. I will not be renting from this location EVER again.

The trailer did not have working lights. Took.30 minutes b2fore someone was available due to double duties. Deli and rental. Don't blame the staff. They just work there. Trailer was hooked up without the emergency brake connected. When asked. They didn't know that was required or what it was for. The y also charged me for safe travel when I didn't want it for a trailer rental.

KAYLENE BTruck was not cleaned out from previous renter’s. Returned truck Saturday morning and getting a remaining balance that is outrageously expensive tried to figure out and see why finding out they jump their prices over a $1.00 for mileage on the weekends “to make their money “ and neglect to inform their costumers completely unfair and unprofessional.
