No one to speak with. took pictures of drop off on Tuesday was then charges 4 extra days for no reason. Will never use uhaul for a move ever again.

BARRY GThe staff was very helpful. It was the process that I an issue with, I originally ordered my truck at a different location, I even checked a week prior to picking the truck up. On the day of pickup, I was told that I had to go to another location for the truck. Which was further than my original location. Which meant it was going to cost me more in gas. I went to the other location and they did have the truck, and I also asked them would my car transport be ready for me to pick up the next day. The next day arrives and no car transport. Whoever had it, hadn’t returned it yet. I told them that’s a you problem, not a me problem. So they found one, which again was further away from this location. Which meant, you guessed it. More gas. Remember these trucks only get about 10-12 miles per gallon lol. I finally got the transport. But the best part of this was the customer support. Five stars. Everyone that I spoke with about this and a couple of concerns. They handled it amazingly, I will say one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Eric BThe rentals are through a Deli so I had to wait while they were making sandwich’s etc. The parking lot was flooded & muddy when dropping off & I don’t back up very well & they were unable to assist. They were nice but not a great business for renting or dropping off
