I ordered an appliance dolly and was charged for it only to find out when I got to the move site that it was not in the truck. When I returned the truck I saw it sitting by the door to the store. The back door of the truck was not properly secured as well when the truck was picked up. Upon arrival at the move site, I discovered that it was up and the flat dolly was at the edge.
