THOMAS PHad to drive 120 TJ pick up the car transport after picking up the truck. Was told that U-Haul would take money off for that trip but none was taken off according to our drop off location.
BERNARD HMy reservation was changed less than 72 hours prior to my move. I am 74 years old and had to drive 10 hours to get the truck. There was no cooperation between states from a national company. I’m telling everyone about this experience.
