The tires on my rental were dangerously bald, like steel wire exposed bad. The location is hard for me because the cell service is poor (t-mobile) so it takes like (20) minutes to check out. No one was there at 9a on Monday when I dropped it off even though that’s when the shop opens. Nothing egregious just not making it easy either.
