Make sure that the Gates on the trailer works properly. Maybe the previous people did not tell them. I had to have help opening and closing the gate and I have rented many many trailers from U-Haul and never had that issue. The connection on the ball had the clip missing when I brought it back so it obviously fell off from my house to the trailer location that day. The staff there were great when I picked it up.

GREGORY BThe lady at Pinnacle was great to deal with . The U Haul van however was not in good condition. Needs maintance , back door was hard to roll up , the drivers door squeaked, mirrors would not adjust were seized very dangerous for driving, unit smelled of smoke . The rear of the truck was being used by homeless to live in . There was a syringe and needle in the back, 2 litre bottle of water from when they slept there , cigarette butts, wrappings from cigarette packs. Smell in the cab was of cigarettes, coffee stains from coffee cup holders. Took 1 1/2 hours to sign out the truck . Was originally booked to be picked up at this location and after getting there I was told to go to another location which I had no way of traveling there which was why I wanted this location as my storage was next door and that’s where I parked my vehicle .

DOUGLAS HIt's was a new location and manager was new to uhaul experience. Incredibly helpful the manager was, unfortunately when I had called to head office/main service department to discuss issue with a trailer, the staff in the help call centre were not helpful, dismissive and probably should take some customer service training courses.
