Questions do not really apply since I dropped off the truck after hours. Since I did not deal with a real person at pickup, I was not sensitive to the gas tank level when I returned it, thus causing me to pay more than I should have on returning it. My fault. Overall, my experience was OK but not what I’ve come to expect from UHaul.
