My review is not intended for this specific Uhaul location in Lanoraie, they were very accommodating, but for the general Uhaul booking and claims centers in the Montreal area. You would think, that with 3+ months of reservation leadtime they would be able to have a truck available for a 5 day rental even remotely close to the original request location. But no, only 100+km away where I need to be resposible for the extra distance costs and gas. They simply need to invest in more equipment and do better planning. Their priority is obviously not the convenience of the client and simply that a truck is rented. All this inconvenience is obviously covered in their terms and the service reps can simply tell you that's the way it is, your reservation was not a priority for us, good luck. They are a mess.

Eric CGreat service, professional and efficient. The gentleman hooked the trailer to my car , explained the equipment and checked the lights. He was on site when I arrived and when on return. At my reqyest He backed up the trailer himself.
