I was charged for not filling up the gas to its original supposed level which was not on a half of tank. I originally had a fourth of tank and took pictures for proof, so I returned at a fourth of tank. To make matters worse, customer service has not returned my email.

The Young lady name Ingried Nathansen worked hard getting me the U-Haul .The app that you all told us to download that is not acceptable also the truck that I had didn't have that much gas in it I put the truck past half a tank in gas but the young lady took care of me in the right way. Also I reserve that truck a day before I was told to be there at 9 AM and I was there on time and for my inconvenience . I did not leave until 11 o'clock with the truck and I was supposed to be there at 9 AM to move for my inconvenience I think you all should credit my money back at least half no gas in the truck inconvenience but the young lady help me to a certain extent.

The truck was dirty, I threw out the empty water bottle, half eaten pretzel and napkins. The floor was covered with sand. With the pandemic, one would think these trucks would be thoroughly cleaned before they are rented.

Ingrid was amazing! It was my first time renting a Uhaul and thanks to Ingrid I will be back to this location in the future. She made my experience extremely pleasant and hassle-free. She was ready to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. She even got my anxiety down about driving the truck! On top of her wonderful customer service, and warm greeting upon entering the building, she also went further and placed a cover over my broken window on my car so the rain would not get inside of it! Truly a treasure to have on your staff and I hope the next time I have to use this service that she is the person who helps me again.

Overall, I was highly satisfied with the customer service. The representative was very professional and had great customer service. The Cargo Van I used, I put way to much gas in it. Took the Cargo Van back to the store where I got it, and asked for a refund on the extra gas I put in the tank. The representative stated there's nothing Uhaul could do about reimburseing me the gas I put in the Van. I wasn't pleased but the service was awesome.

When you using the app to return the truck it needs to be clear instructions for someone that's not computer friendly. I know how to use technology but didn't know I had to enter a zero after entering the mileage and sending pictures after I already locked up the truck.

#GEreviews @uhaul The neighborhood dealer staff in Lansing were really nice! But the truck had to be seriously cleaned before use (hose and mop). And tbh, I will never again use a neighborhood dealer that I HAVE to return the truck to b/c that limits my moving options. Also, you sent me sans car out to Lansing IL, from Merrillville, IN (40min trip) and then called me to tell me I wasted my BFF's gas b/c you DID have a truck in M'ville when we were 35 min into a 40 min trip across the border. Yeah. Then I find out when I can't afford NOT to pay, that you bill by the mile? Really? You owe me the mileage money IMHO, b/c of a call center glitch sending me all the way out there. Word to the wise. And don't even get me started on the Uhaul proper storage unit you guys sold me the following day in M'ville. That whole situation is FUBAR. Want my bleeping money back! (Paid upfront on the phone to lock in unit [great option], unit stolen by another client, I was downsized with credit put on account with 20% inconvenience fee [nice?], and then a second unit comped out of fairness [also nice], then I was LOCKED OUT during $50/hr pro movers ON THE CLOCK TIME, last 2 hours on the clock out of 14 hrs paid for. WHAT. DA. FAK?!? Not yet made whole from that. Couch surfing "temporarily homeless" CEO of 10 person tech startup. Trusted @uhaul with my money and property... and we see what that got me. I may go with compass storage in Lansing or just bite the bullet with public storage if I can get 24hr access... But I am interested to see what Ruth in sales and Rose property manager work out. They were also VERY nice. I reserved a 10” truck and no keys was in lock box I was still charged for truck I called customer service and they told me the hold would be reversed but today the charge changed from pending to posted and my money was taken out of my account it was not returned. I will be calling back to the Lansing store when they open this morning this is ridiculous.

The cab smelt like an ashtray, their were cigarette butts in the ashtray, it looked like the cab had not been cleaned in months, I was the one who had to walk across the street to get the truck and bring it back and then I had to wait for the guy to flood my furniture pads and put them in the truck. When I returned the truck, the Regional and another person could not figure out how to return the van and still charge me for the furiture pads and told me I could leave and that they would email me the recipes
