U-Haul LOST/CANCELLED my reservation!! I was told to drive thirty minutes to a SECONDARY location. I tried calling on the way and no one ever picked up the line. I was 1 1/2 hours late for my scheduled appointment and will NEVER use you all or recommend you!!!

I've used this location before and today was my worst experience overall. It was busy (which I understand they cannot help). The staff were not wearing masked and if they were they were under their chin and not covering their faces. The truck was clean enough but my blankets were gross - dirt and sticky substance on them. The truck felt like it needed some maintenance on the brakes and tires. Overall, it was relatively inexpensive and it got the job done.

They reported my gas level of return way down under what I dropped it off at and if it was that low they need to watch there cameras to see how it ended up that low that's missing a gas can amount then what I returned it at!!!

I rented from U-Haul in the past. I never had a problem and when I needed a cargo van, the first thing I did, was to rent it from U-Haul again. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely rent from them in the future.

Both times I came in there a staff member was not wearing a face mask, which is currently against the law in MI. That is NOT a great thing to see when someone in my family is in the high risk category for COVID-19.

So disappointed in the truck rental The cab was overwhelmingly heavily saturated with cigarette smoke. I could not exchange or trade the truck because there was nothing else available. The truck cab was not clean or sanitized. Overall very concerning considering current Covid situation. Inside the truck cargo area it was also dirty and caused many pieces of furniture to become marked, marded with black rub marks not removable with deep heavy cleaning . .

The return time should be able to be extended. But not ask the customer to return it immediately, since accidents always happen during moving.

Your call center could, should and must give location information to customers when talking on the phone. I called the Waverly location and was on hold for 20 min or more. I had no odea I was rerouted to a centralized call center. #1 customer may call (as I did) a location like Waverly Rd. But Reservation was made ( by Uhaul Rep) for a different location. Operator or Rep from Uhal said, (when I asked where exactly are you on Waverly?) location directions are on the email. Well I know where Waverly is so we just went with that. Get there and Reservation was at another location. The Gentlemen at the Waverly location were very nice and responded to my stress like Heros. One had a Batman belt on. I called him Batman. He came to my RESCUE. Our world today, could use a few more Super Heros like him. Very calm and there to be of service. I will most definitely recommend this location. I have rented here before there just wasn't enough staff employees to serve the demand I had reserved the equipment the day before but day of pickup I waited 45 minutes before talking to employee

I was told I needed to check in on my phone to protect myself & employees, I had to find my truck which was parked in the back of lot ,after waiting 20 minutes to check in by phone I had to go in & get the anyway. I wore a mask as noted on door & when I went in the employee's did not have masks, why did I jump through all hoops for nothing! Others renters went in office , showed license & a employee brought their truck by the front door . That's service , not what I had!

I was given a very old model of a trailer. I asked to switch to a newer model which seemed to be available and was assured that though the trailer was old, it worked fine. I asked if the tires, specifically, were in good condition. I was assured they were good. Also, the lights, at first were not working. The U-haul associate changed a fuse on my battery, which seemed to solve the problem. When I returned my trailer, after a cross country journey, from Lansing, MI to the location in Englewood, CO, the associate working there was appalled that they ever let my trailer leave the lot. According to the U-haul associate in Englewood, the trailer had a bad tire and the trailer itself had enough damage that they personally would have never let someone use it. On top of this, my lights were not working, and so I had no idea at what point in my 1,200 mile journey the lights stopped working. I was so upset, and also felt incredibly lucky that I had made it safely to my destination. I couldn't believe I was ever given the trailer that I had.
