We reserved a 26 ft truck. When we went to pick up, we were told it hadn't been returned and they had attempted to call but said call rejected. When they called in front of us, the call came right through. They never attempted the secondary number listed. The next available size they had was a 17 ft. So we had to take extra trips which cost us more money. We were specifically directed to this location due to the size of the truck we needed. Very disappointed.STANLEY ROBERT S.

Provide a trailer hitch with the uhaul pickup. I set up a reservation for both a pickup and a trailer from the same location. I got there and had to wait ( about 30 minutes) on the uhaul employees to finish chatting with some woman, then it took about 15 minutes for them to get the units pulled around. I had to buy a trailer hitch receiver and ball. Which NOONE said anything about until I was on location. ( $25 ) then they told me the truck and trailer were ready. I left only to find out that they never put the moving pads in the truck. Drove back to only to see both the worker laughing about it.Micheal F.

Experience was marred by Turn-In/Share App failure to work. App could not verify my location (tried on two phones/location enabled). Called 1-800-GO-U-HAUL and was on indefinite hold. Truck was in poor condition and VERY dirty. I notriced that once I turned it in they cleaned it AFTER I rented it. I was charged a 25 dollar cleaning fee which I later noticed. I was told it was the oldest truck in the fleet and goes out everyday. They have spent 48k in repairs since it was purchased in 2006.MARK CAMBLIN H.
