After giving the measurements and explaining what I needed to pick up using there van. I was told everything would fit. I had to make two trips which increased my price. They failed to tell me it wouldn't fit all at once. That's actually what I asked. Otherwise I could have rented the smaller truck maybe saving more money? But definitely saving an extra trip.

I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the store. There were 3 employees helping carry cardboard boxes for another customer. I have no problem waiting even though I had a reservation. But the employees made multiple trips to the car while walking straight past me and not saying a thing. After a few minutes of feeling like I was in the way, I asked them if there's somewhere particular I should wait. They seemed offended that I asked - as if I was being rude towards them. Other than that, I had a great experience. The woman who ended up helping me (she wasn't one of the employees carrying boxes) was very kind, and I had a good experience with the vehicle.

Truck bed was dirty with large gravel/mud. Other than that truck was clean. This is an isolated incident. I have rented other vehicles from this location and they have always been clean

I reserved 2 trucks 2 months out for our election equipment delivery I have been doing this for the last 18 years. When we get to the location we requested and we were sent here to pick up one of the trucks instead of picking up both trucks at the Jolly and Cedar St location. I find this to be unacceptable as this adds time to my labor cost and a 20 additional mileage charge, I have yet to receive the file bill statement from this location. When the U-Haul rep called the morning of the pick up saying that we had to pick up the truck at this location because they didn't have a truck there for us and U-Haul doesn't guaranty a pick up at the location requested even if it's 2 months out , I asked to talk with her supervisor and she stated they were not in yet but she would leave him a note and have him call me back still have not heard from him yet. To say the least I'm extremely dissatisfied with U-Haul if this can't be corrected I will be looking to rent trucks else where. I do expect a call from some one at U-Haul.

When setting up reservation your custimer service rep was rude and unhelpful. She actually hung up on me. . Please review the recordws call. I was completely appauled. The only reason i called.back i was desperate. Im a Realtor and was with clients renting them the uhual. Terrible service. Im.sad to say i wont be using uhaul in the future. But please address your rep.

first car dolly didnt have working tail lights, signal etc. 2nd car dolly had a cracked plastic fender. Other than that, dolly worked amazing. Nice staff. Seemed odd that if you change the drop off location, its considered "breaking your contract," and you are charged double the fee.

Maintain the vehicles better. My 15’ truck had squeaky brakes, a bad alignment and the back sounded as if it were about to detach from the front.

The on-line system was easy and friendly, and quick. The only problem I had was getting into the key box to get the key. I don’t recall receiving the specific box # where the key was and the code that was given to me didn’t specified row to key-in the code. Other than that it works great!!

Next time, dont break the ground pin off my light wire and make ME pay to fix it.... Especially since UHaul installed the wiring in the first place....

Upon returning the vehicle I asked for clarity with my bill adjustment for miles used and fuel. The customer service rep was rude and gosh to say the least. He even went as fair as to state his rate of pay and the fact that I didn't want to "try him". This by far has been the worst encounter I have had while renting a vehicle!

Only comment I have would be with the young man that checked us in, he was very sleepy and lacked any kind of energy. I get being tired but he needs to learn not to display that to customers.

Customer service is horrible. When I picked up truck I was told there was 1/4 tank of gas, there was less than that I could barley make it home, had to add gas right away. I would think your trucks should be full. When I returned I had more gas than when I picked up. Asked the service desk this and he said that's your issue. Will be the last time I do business at this location. there was a line at the store and two clerks all they did was talked to their friends the whole time. Unreal.

Please be clear with a customer when they renting a vehicle paying you 19.95 + tax and surcharges with additional hidden fees per day please don't be tricky and surprising the customers telling them the renting is limited by the estimated hours for question I was asked online previously while I was applying to rent a vehicle for how long do you need, I believe it doesn't matter as long I'm paying the full price 19.95+ for the entire day as you promise, I was surprised from the customer service telling me if I don't return the vehicle with certain estimated hours that I was answered when I was applying online for rent they will charge me extra day, secondly the don't tell you ahead what type of lock you need in order to lock your storage until you get there and telling about certain type of lock the one they sell it in store and it is required by the law of the state for that type of lock
