ORLANDO REasy pick up. Was not taken to do a walk around of the truck, did that on my own to ensure that everything was good.

LAWRENCE OMy appointment was for 6am. When I arrived at 6a the pick up place was locked and the gates were secured with master locks. I call a uhaul 24/7 number i was advised by the representative that the pick up location wasnt equiped with the lock that you can open to get your equipment after hours and I needed to wait until 10a for the location to open also I was told that no trucks were available within a 30 miles radius. When I returned at 10a the person in charge of the uhaul trucks was not available because he was in a doctors appointment and i needed to wait until 11:30a for him get back. When i finally got the truck I notice that the “dolly” that I requested/needed wasnt available either. Overall a really awful experience.
