Working with Dennis was very easy. I left with a very clear understanding as to the details of my reservation. Then someone from a corporate office called and said they couldn't guarantee the reservation until 48 hours beforehand. They provided reasons that didn't make sense as I made reservations more than a week ahead of when I needed the trailer. Dennis called me and warned me that I might get this call and to ignore it that everything was okay. Why do corporate offices have to get in the middle of local office business when they are doing good work. They have no value other than to create worry and stress for the customer. How can you improve? Find some real work for the idiots in corporate office to do other than create unncecessary issues.

RUTH Ppassenger side mirror would not adjust in or out.
DAVID CEngine light what on. Alignment was OFF. I was steering right to turn left at some points. My reservation was cancelled 2 days in advance because the location gave away the rental without having a plan of replacement (Bad U-haul scheduling).
AMR EDennis went above and beyond to help with the trailer rental. I would highly recommend him!
