The lady working the counter was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, had everything under control even if there were some things that weren't quite right when the truck was returned by the previous renter.

Donald FThe woman who called me to see when we plan on bringing back was aggressive. It wasn’t what she said but how she said it. We discovered that we needed to use the truck for another 24 hours than initially planned. Her tone and fast speaking felt harsh. When I pointed out her behavior she immediately changed her attitude. I realized we all have trying days, maybe she should have delegated the call to another person in that moment to check in with us as the client.
Liberty AKeeping reservation details (like opting out of insurance) if the original pick up location was changed last minute due to U-Haul not being turned in from previous user. Reassigned location added the insurance without my knowledge.
