Truck had no dolly or pads inside for use and the AC did not work. The sales rep was slow and I waited over 15 mins to get checked out and he seemed not interested in being there and anxious to go on a smoke break instead. He had a cigarette in one hand and typed with the other. It was frustrating.

Absolute worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had in my life. At pickup manager spent whole time on his personal cell, and tried to gouge pricing for keeping equipment over 4 hours. We were told we had to hook up trailer ourselves because “we don’t do that here”. On return we also had to unhook equipment and we were accused of bringing back a different trailer - how did we leave with one and switch it with another to bring it back...come on! Manager refused to issue a receipt and said I can wait 30-45 min if I want a receipt. No other customers in store at the time. Employees all refused to provide their names or name of district manager. Was told “all of our names are 1-800-Uhaul” and “we’re independent we don’t have to answer to anyone at uhaul”. Hands down worst experience ever. We rent consistently and have never been treated so poorly. We are so dissatisfied with uhaul and their customer service that we will be purchasing our own trailer TODAY as to never have to deal with this again.

First dolly, one of the lights did not work. The second dolly had a damaged left fender but I had to take it. I took a time and location stamped photo since the clerk did not note the damage on the paperwork so I would not be charged for the damage.

I went to Summerlin Storage @ 1650 Crestdale lane two weeks ago to reserve a small trailer to be picked up today, 9/1/18. When I got there this morning I was told they did not have the trailer I reserved and that " someone" was supposed to have called me. No one had called me, so I went all the way to Summerlin for nothing. The Summerlin people said it was U-Haul transportation departments fault that there was no trailer for me. They referred me to the Fort Apache address that did have the type and size trailer I had reserved. That facility was very helpful. I will never do business with the Summerlin facility again and I will make sure everyone I come in contact with will know of my displeasure with that operation. I'm not sure if it was the U-Haul transportation department or the Summerlin facility that dropped the ball, but I wound up being tremendously inconvenienced due to this lack of coordination and responsibilty on someone's part.

The truck was dirty it had drywall all in the back and got all over my thing! They had no blankets and we booked for two dozen and we weren’t notified until after we got there and we feel as a business you should tell your customers so we can stop at another U-Haul on the way especially when a customer is renting a huge truck that isn’t easily able to go everywhere! Poor customer service

I did not rent a truck. I placed on order for a box on line. This was a terrible experience. I wanted to pick the item up at the store. When I put the zip code in there was a message stating that zip code was unavailable. I looked up several different Uhaul locations and kept getting the same message. I tried to chat on line and waited 10minutes. No response. I called on 5 different occasions. No one ever answered. The last time I held for 45 minutes. I ended up having to pay for the shipping which was almost the same cost of the box This is ridiculous. Shipping to store is. a joke!! You shouldn't even offer this service as it doesn't work. No one answers the phones. Terrible terrible and did I say terrible customer service .
