LINDA BThis location is horrible they tried to scam me out of 46.07 twice! I agree on the charges and fees with a due named Dexter then he charges me 46.07 outside of the holding fee 72.11 when I dropped off the uhal then I look at my account and Uhal modified the 72.11 to 118.18 and also had another charge of 46.07! Wtf 🤬 what kind of dummy you think I am why did I get two charges of 46.07 I had to cuss them out to get my money back! They tried to gaslight that the charge never happened! When I told them that’s fine I’ll dispute the 118.18 and they can modify that 46.07 they decided to send it back to me

John wRented a U-Haul recently and had a pretty disappointing experience with the truck condition. The air conditioning only worked when it wanted to, which made the drive extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the driver-side mirror had a loose screw and kept moving out of position while driving. I repeatedly had to reach outside and adjust it myself, which was a serious safety hazard. Vehicles should be properly inspected and maintained before being rented out, especially when it comes to equipment that affects driver visibility and safety.
