This has been the WORST Uhaul experience I’ve ever had. I’ve done A LOT of business with Uhaul and never had this badly of an experience. First of all the lady doing my pick up kept sighing at me. Loudly. Incredibly rude and irritating. Then upon drop off I have a bunch of charges that I am not familiar with. Will not do business with this location again and I’m wondering about business with Uhaul in general. This is not the time to play with peoples money. It only takes one time to lose trust.
