Next time it will be easier…. The App was good but did not realize that I would have to put in all my information that I had given to the U-Haul office personnel two days before when we reserved the truck. Arrived early am to pick up the truck expecting to just get the code to the lock and go. But spent about 30 minutes trying to find the lock code before I found out that I had to enter in my information and take pictures. I went around the truck taking pictures to upload to the app and then realized that I have to take the pics in the app. I hope this info helps save you time when you go to rent.

The truck did not come with a utility dolly and I was charged a missing dolly fee additionally my employee Smid was not added I am a U-Haul cam I have no need for a dollly.
