Wasn't aware it was just a drop-off in the back of the building. No contact person. I was unsure if it was safe to just leave the truck there. If there is a Next time I will probably pick the staffed Osa Blanca location.

DAVID EMy overall first time experience renting a uhaul truck was pleasant, quick and easy. Customer service was friendly, professional and patient However, when we got to our place to get things moving, we did not have a ramp to our 10' truck. I was not aware we had to add to our purchase and assumed it was included. I called office and was told it does not come with rental and that she forgot to offer it to us and apologized. Luckily we managed but I wished I had known to rent a ramp. I did not see an option to rent a ramp on the app. Otherwise, pick-up and drop off was very easy.
