while the truck appeared clean and maintained in the beginning, I had a few pieces of furniture damaged from the water that leaked into the truck from the rain that day and ofc didn’t notice until I was unloading everything. Very sad

I reserve with a little price and finally pay 4x more. Conditions are unclear. I rented a truck thinking that everything would be better and I ended up with such disappointment. I asked on 3 occasions if I could return the truck in the same location and they never mentioned that they would charge extra for that. As well as the value of the additional miles. I received the truck with 3/4 of gasoline and returned it full so as not to have any more surprises. In short, a terrible experience worthy of analysis by my lawyers for misleading advertising. Nothing is what they promise.

James CVehicle was not available as promised. No hand truck available, no furniture wheels available, had to switch to a van, which may things difficult because I needed to transport a refrigerator. I had returned the vehicle within one hour of renting it but then I was sent a notice that I haven’t returned the vehicle.
