The experience that we had at the Office Huddle is unmatched to any customer service we have ever had. The owner wen ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that we got a properly working truck after a disastrous time with customer service on the phone. THE FACE TO FACE experience with Office Huddle made me feel so much better. I can't say thank you enough to the owner. After getting the run around on the phone for over 2 hours. He made magic happen. Thank you again! As far as on the phone experience, STOP GIVING CUSTOMERS the run around. IF a customer pays over $300 for a rental, he or she should never have to wait 2 hours only to be told the same thing. It was a constant loop that was exhausting!!!
