Even though it was a 24 hour drop off location, I waited until they should have been open to drop the trailer. There was no one available. I left the trailer praying that I would get credited for dropping it off on time. Another customer was there who was scheduled to pick-up and a truck and there was no one there to help him. He wasn't able to reach anyone by phone either.
