I was given less than 24 hours notice that my pick up location has been changed by your end. The original booking location was more practical for me, i TRIED to contact your end and no luck !! I "had to" go to the updated picked up location, spent a lot on uber and took 40 mins to get there. The location was just a body shop with no moving supplies for purchase. AWFUL experience indeed. Will never use uhaul again

This was not where i had reserved my uhaul. It added 1 hour 15 minutes to my day. Plus, they don't have all the typical uhaul stuff (boxes, straps, etc) that they usually have at uhaul warehouses, which i would have liked to purchase. No major problem with the place, but it made the day much more stressful, i had a 50 minute drive to get to my apartment in tight montreal streets, and on top of that it led us to going over our limit of included kilometers, which wasn't reimbursed. I would have liked to know the availability in advance, i would simply have chosen another day if i could have, so that i would have had the correct location and saved money on the extra 20 kilometers or so.

HENRI KAlthough it was closed, the instructions for drop off were helpful. Note: the localisation feature did not work, had to contact the chat to get help finishing the return.
STEPHEN CThe battery of our truck died and we had to wait to be boosted for almost an hour outside in the cold of February. Then, after getting boosted, the guy told us to wait a whole hour with the engine running to make sure that the battery wouldn't die again. That's a waste of gas that we had to pay for. When I asked for compensation, Uhaul basically told me to go fuck myself and sent me the part in their terms and conditions that basically says "we do not promise to give an equipment in mint condition, so should something occur it is not our problem". Absolutely vile.
