There needs to be a regular uhaul with a person there because the online can be difficult. It ask for two many personal references and sometimes does not progress to the next step eventhough you have completed the requested information.

RILEY OWhen my wife and I arrived , after going through hell the last two days to get the truck and a trail, this guy tells me when we arrived, sign in on your phone because there is nothing I can do for you. After two days of hell to get to this point with U-Hell, sorry UHaul, I was in no mode to deal with a helpless employee.My wife and I are in our 60's and not very tech savvy.How Uhell is still in business is a mystery to me, never again..... Its very sad for such a big company...
