The location was adequate; however, it was 20 minutes away from my preferred location near my home. After reserving a vehicle two weeks in adavance, I was disappointed to have to drive 40 minutes out of my way. And the mobile experience was also disappointing. I had to call customer service to complete the pickup process, defeating the purpose of mobile pickup. This is the second time the mobile experience failed. I’ll think twice about renting from u-haul again.

There was no one at this location. When I finally got in contact with uhaul to get keys the keys weren't there, I had to get a smaller truck than the one I reserved. The entirety of the process to pick up truck took nearly 2 hours.

Joseph RTruck and keys were not available. They were inside the fence of the storage business. Finally got truck but, appliance dolly wasn’t in truck. Had to go to another location for that. It took an hour and a half to get this all done. Which cut into my time, I had it available.
Summer WThe truck was hard for me to pull out thru all the storage containers and the mats weren't folded when I got them.
