We rented our U-Haul that was advertised as 29.99 ended up paying $187 plus $30 gas . Thanks for surprising us with those unexpected fees after returning the U-Haul . Never again.

Service at location was good, however the truck was not swept out, it had a broken broom and old moving straps left in it from previous customer(s) The day of my move it rained and truck leaked water causing damage.
