For once in my life of 40 years , I finally front the Togo to rent U-Haul when needed of its to move something small medium or large , very friendly , the owner is beyond respectful , his son came right out to me go all the info to close the file didn’t need to do anything , I want to for a big huge pay on the back for the lady who assisted me with my rental from the start to finish , she’s very kind , polite, patient , the boss needs to be aware of her an her satisfaction of the best knowledge in customer service ! Thank you once again and you will definitely see my husband and I in the future ! I give this U-Haul rental company at petro Canada on Erie street Leamington Ontario a 100/10 starts of it was an option ! Great job & glad we found the spot to rent when needed. GUSTAVO RMy credit card was charged with estimated costs, was not given the option to pay after truck was returned and I have to wait 4 to 5 days for refund of extra amount charged. I think this type of payment is poorly constructed.
JEFFERY DSamir at this location is AWESOME. Uhaul booking experience online and with your call centre is problematic. The initial online order indicated no equipment for Leamington pickup. The Call Centre booked a trailer for Leamington pickup, HOWEVER, your Windsor location call me advising I needed to pickup in Windsor - so i advised to cancel the booking. I made local contact with Samir in LEAMINGTON and luckily SHE arranged to reserve a unit for me. The overall reservation experience was POOR.
