I returned the car dolly June 1st at 6pm, 6 hours before the equipment was due. Big Daddy’s Autos didn’t turn the paperwork Into U-Haul until June 6th. I have to wait another 3-5 business days to get my deposit back…

It took them a week and half to close my reservation. I called the location and Uhaul multiple times.

NICOLE KI did not go into the very very small small office that they have. They came outside and I gave them the keys to the truck and they then copied my contract. I hope everything was taken care of, but I don’t have any way of knowing for sure.
