Did not get the right size truck reserved up graded to 26ft from 20ft had box dolly reserved also an then not one at site I had 100 box's and totes to hand carry , all good job is done , thank you u-haul
Larry SOur truck didnt have a ramp which made it kind of difficult to load and unload
Joshua HPersonnel were helpful. The problems we encounter repeatedly is pickup and drop off locations are not as reserved. Frustrating!
