U-haul could invest in putting better rear tie-downs on their trailers. The current chain and hook system is barely adequate. This is no reflection on the rental facilities, only the supplied equipment.

Service and overall experience was great. This location is new and just getting started, and they are doing very well. The only thing that's needed is a bigger lot. Great quality and no problems. Convenient location and great service. Totally Positive!!!
EARL MI scheduled a truck pickup at this U-Haul location and was incredibly disappointed. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared, even though I arrived earlier than my scheduled time. The woman at the counter had to call someone to check me in, as she couldn't do it herself. Then he had to call another person to finish checking me in. The check-in process was painfully slow — I waited nearly 35 minutes just to get the keys, as there was no clear system in place. Overall, this location was extremely inefficient. If you’re on a tight schedule or value your time, I’d recommend finding a different pickup spot. This was easily one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve had.
Andrea OOne tire on trailer was sin very bad condition and a hazard - this after I picked up a trailer at Ameristop in Waynesville Ohio that was inoperable- two very poor trailers from UHaul- something is wrong with your repair process!
BLAIN TThis pick up location would need to accommodate those drivers who do not have the necessary adapters to adopt the four pin connectors of the trailers.
